Return window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Email us at contact@vael.mx with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.

Change of mind

We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging with all accessories. Email us first at contact@vael.mx so we can give you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund the price you paid.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the return is approved.

Orders that don't arrive

If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after purchase, contact us and we'll resolve it with a reshipment or a full refund.
