Return Policy

Timeframe

You have 15 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Conditions

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all its accessories. Returns will not be accepted for products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or without packaging.

How to request a return

Write to our contact email with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with the next steps within 1 to 2 business days.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or defective product

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within the first 48 hours after receiving it, with photos of the product and packaging, to arrange a free replacement.
