Shipping Policy

Vael works with international suppliers, so delivery times differ from a store with local inventory.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free across Mexico, with no minimum purchase. For now we only ship within Mexico.

Delivery times

Your order is prepared in 1 to 3 days and arrives in 2 to 3 weeks from payment confirmation.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Delays

Occasionally, factors outside our control (customs, weather, peak season) can extend delivery. If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after purchase, contact us at contact@vael.mx and we'll resolve it with a reshipment or a full refund.
